Tyler Dettloff is a musician and poet from the swampy Delirium Wilderness of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. His latest album Reconcile is a 13 song folk-blues rocker.

a complete game in which a pitcher yields no hits to the opposing team. 

also I’m committed to non-violence.

a collection of playful boxing matches between drums and acoustic guitar. 

a piรฑata covered in cutting room floor sweepings. 

no candy just psyche and charisma and Frank Stanford and Josephine Mandamin and Charles Mingus and Albert Camus and ptsd and post-roe and seasonal affective disorder. 

a swing and a misanthropy.

Tyler’s sophomore LP โ€œDynamite Honey: Northern Folk & Bluesโ€ released November 2020 by Lost Dog Records and his first chapbook of poems “Belly-up Rosehip: a Tongue Blue with Mud Songs” released August 2019 through Swimming with Elephants Publications. He performs with Lost Dog Records and likes the smell of a bog before a thunderstorm.
